Hamish Sullivan, Catering and Hospitality Manager

Hamish Sullivan is the catering and hospitality manager for our psilocybin retreats — stewarding both the meals and your overall comfort with calm, precise care. A Michelin‑star–winning restaurant leader, he blends modern European sensibilities with the wild generosity of the Pacific Northwest, crafting seasonally appropriate menus—think spring greens and coastal herbs, summer berries and cold-water fish, autumn broths and forest mushrooms, winter roots and mineral-rich tonics. Beyond the plate, Hamish is your point person for hospitality: intake of dietary needs, allergy safety, tea and hydration rituals, gentle pacing, clear labeling, and on‑the‑spot adjustments throughout your journey. He coordinates front‑of‑house, catering, and beverage teams and handles logistics questions so everything feels effortless, nourishing, and truly held.
